Susan Walters was a 51 year old nurse from Oregon, who in 2006 was set upon with a hammer, in her own home, by Edward Haffey , a hitman sent by her ex-husband Michael Kuhnhausen . However, Susan Walters was able to fight back and ended up killing Edward Haffey in self-defence, by strangulation. Her ex-husband ended up with a 10 year prison sentence.
