Note: Most charts for Neil Armstrong show him with a Gemini Ascendant, but these charts are set for 12:31 AM EST, which would be 5:31 in Universal Time. However, Ohio adopted Daylight Saving in 1918, and so Neil, being born in August 1930 would have been born at 12:31 AM EDT, making it 4:31 AM UTC and giving him a Taurus Ascendant. Time zones and Daylight Saving are notoriously difficult to get right in Astrology, so the mistake may be mine, but I am going with him having a Taurus Ascendant.

Also, for the Moon landing, there is no obvious way to determine the Ascendant, and the Houses, so I have just stuck with Florida [Cape Canaveral] for convenience.
