What makes Harold Davidson such a great example?

Harold Davidson was the rector of the rural Norfolk parish of Stiffkey. He was notoriously defrocked in 1932 on account of his habit of ministering to young women. He even declared himslf to be the 'Prostitutes' Padre'. After this he took to being an entertainer of sorts, in Blackpool, and eventually, by 1937, in Skegness where his act consisted of preaching in front of a cage that held two lions, and then entering the cage as some kind of latter day Daniel. It was not long though, before he was bitten in the nexk by one of the lions, and later died in hospital.
