My parents's background

My Mum and Dad were born in 1930 and 1928, married in 1952, and had a long and I'd say largely successful marriage. How should we judge success? Well, they produced five children, survived numerous ups and downs, and stayed together until Mum's death in 2018. Also, I believe that they loved one another, and apparently had an active love life into their eighties.

What makes My parents such a great example?

The reason for including my Mum and Dad as an example is the curious connection that they had between Venus and Jupiter, where his Venus was almost exactly conjunct her Jupiter, and her Venus was almost exactly conjunct his Jupiter. If nothing else this gives a coincidental symmetry, but I should also point out that Venus and Jupiter are traditionally known as the lesser benefic and the greater benefic, that is, they were always thought to be pretty good influences.

Given that Venus and Jupiter are conjunct both ways, theyare also conjunct in the composite chart for their relationship, which I find particularly interesting because it reflects so much of my own birthchart, especially that Venus Jupiter thing.

The birthcharts of each of their children connect in some manner to this composite chart, with an emphasis seen on the sign of Taurus.

The patterns repeat over generations, with my children having had many connections to that same composite.
