Paul Doyle was the man who drove his vehicle into the crowd in Water Street, in the 2025 Liverpool parade incident that injured over 130 people in the crowd that had gathered to celebrate Liverpool FC winning the 2024-25 Premier League.

The combination of conjunctions, oppositions and trines, especially those involving the Moon and Pluto, turned Paul Doyle into a lunatic who ran amok as the transits triggered the patterns in his natal chart, especially the Saturn Neptune opposition which was echoed by the Saturn Neptune conjunction present in the transits opposite his natal Pluto.

For 30 years before the Water Street incident, Paul Doyle had been of good behaviour, but from age 18 to 22 he had several encounters with the law starting with common assault in 1989 and leading to imprisonment for GBH in 1994.

Because we only know the month for the assault, we cannot consider the faster moving planets, but it is immediately noticeable that Saturn was conjunct Neptune for a large part of that month, added to which being in aspect to his natal Sun, the transit would have picked up on the conditions prevailing as a consequence of the earlier transit of Pluto across his natal Sun, that occurred at Easter 1988 when he was 16.
